Unconditional Conditioning

Conditioning at Agape Volleyball Club

Physical conditioning is at the core of the Agape program! Four of our teams (14-1s, 16-2s, 16-1s, and 18s) train twice a week to work on their speed, agility, strength, and vertical jump. We really believe that it is this kind of training that will really take our athlete’s game to the next level.
