Unconditional Conditioning

Conditioning at Agape Volleyball Club

Physical conditioning is at the core of the Agape program! Four of our teams (14-1s, 16-2s, 16-1s, and 18s) train twice a week as part of their club fees. We work with our players on their speed, agility, strength, and jump training. We really believe that it is this kind of training that will really take our athlete’s game to the next level.
